4. Recipients and processors

Data is available only to authorised people acting for Nereids and, where necessary, to technical providers used for hosting, email and services activated by the visitor. The tarteaucitron.js consent manager runs in the browser; when it is not self-hosted, its library may be delivered by the jsDelivr CDN. Depending on your choices, relevant third-party providers may include Google/YouTube and Meta.

Nereids does not sell visitors’ personal data.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some international providers, including Google and Meta, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, they must rely on a mechanism recognised by the GDPR, for example an applicable adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses together with any required safeguards.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction of your personal data, object to certain processing, exercise data portability where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, contact Nereids using the address above. Proportionate identity verification may be requested where there is reasonable doubt about the requester’s identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

8. Security

Nereids applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Effective security also depends on the actual configuration of hosting, server, SMTP, administrator accounts and third-party providers.

9. Automated decision-making

The supplied Nereids implementation does not use solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects for visitors.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when features, providers or applicable requirements change. The date shown at the top identifies the version currently in force.

6. Cookies and consent

Strictly necessary cookies may be used without consent. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and YouTube videos protected by this implementation are loaded only after the corresponding permission has been granted. Preferences can be changed at any time using the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
